Cinema Safety Measures

Welcome back!

SOCIAL SPACING

Queue controls around our foyer and bar areas, and table seating at our restaurants, have been relaxed so that we can still maintain a safe but friendly environment but without the need to force patrons to keep 2 metres apart as before.

FACE COVERINGS

Patrons can continue to wear Face Coverings whilst moving around the building if they wish, but it’s no longer enforced.  Similarly, many of our team might now not be wearing Face Coverings any longer, however at our counters and bars we will continue to have the clear Perspex safety screens in place where we welcome or serve you, face to face.

Outside of England, face coverings remain mandatory at many venues, except for those with exemptions. They can be removed whilst seated/eating and drinking in our cinema auditoria or in our bars and restaurants.

EXTRA CLEANING

There will be no reduction in the hygiene regimes for our employees, and we will continue to conduct regular and thorough surface cleaning to all public areas, as well as enhanced cleaning between performances and restaurant sittings.  Sanitising stations will remain around the venue, we encourage patrons to use these.

CONTACT TRACING

We will continue to display the NHS Track and Trace posters and encourage customers to manually check-in when they arrive should they chose to do so, although it will no longer be mandatory for us to collect or for you to leave details.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

Advance Booking is strongly advised. Please try to pay by card or contactless where possible, though cash payments will be accepted. Subject to availability tickets can be purchased directly from the box office at the cinema.

All cinema employees have been trained on the new safety and hygiene measures. We have strict guidelines for any of our colleagues who may begin to show early symptoms to stay away from the cinema. We would welcome all of our patrons to do the same and stay home if they feel unwell. We will be assisting the NHS with Track and Trace apps where possible and customers have provided their details.
